Dispatchers spent 45 minutes manually assigning each load, factoring in driver rest hours, fuel consumption, and cargo compatibility. Route deviations went undetected for hours, and carrier idle time cost over $60,000 each month.
Our Solution
Otithyx engineered a centralized dispatch and driver telemetry platform using Next.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS IoT. Dispatchers now receive automated multi-stop route suggestions with live GPS telematics, automated driver check-ins, and automated client SMS notifications.
