Terms of Service
1. Master Services Agreement
All software development, UI/UX design, cloud architecture, and maintenance engagements delivered by Otithyx Inc. are governed by an individual Statement of Work (SOW) executed in conjunction with these terms.
2. Code & IP Ownership
Upon payment in full of all milestone invoices outlined in an executed Statement of Work, all right, title, and interest in and to the custom deliverables, source code, database structures, and documentation shall belong exclusively to the client.
3. 30-Day Defect Warranty
Otithyx warrants that for a period of thirty (30) days following production launch approval, the software shall conform in all material respects with the agreed specifications. Any defects reported during this hypercare window shall be resolved promptly at no additional fee.
4. Client Portal Access
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their portal credentials. Any milestone approval or digital sign-off executed through the Client Portal constitutes an authorized, binding confirmation.
